Right of withdrawal
Your right
Every item sold on UNILIBRO is covered by the right of withdrawal guarantee foreseen by the legislative directive D.L. January 15 1992 nr.50, and D.L. 22 May 22, 1999 nr.185. The consumer may choose exercise this right within 10 (ten) days of receipt of product. UNILIBRO offers all the necessary assistance in returning or exchanging a purchased product. To exercise the right of withdrawal Send a registered letter with notification of receipt within 10 (ten) days of receipt of product, reporting:  The intention to avail of the benefit granted by D.L. January 15, 1992 nr. 50. The book you wish to return. The progressive order number given at the time of purchase. The data relative to your bank account (name of institute, corresponding branch, account number).Send registered letter to: Mailtrade S.r.l. Servizio Clienti Unilibro Via dell'Industria 14 40060 Toscanella di Dozza (BO) ITALIA To obtain refund, the consumer must return the product to sender by mail together with the delivery invoice/transfer note attached to the product at the time of delivery. The product must be returned within 10 business days from the receipt of the goods. Products must be returned integral, in their original box and with adequate external packaging. If the above requisitions are not satisfied, the products will be rejected and returned to sender by carriage forward. N.B. the buyer is not able to exercise the right of withdrawal for purchases of CD or DVD since the original packaging is removed when opened. Refunds UNILIBRO will refund amount paid, by bank transfer, within thirty days of receipt of notification from the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds refer exclusively to the price of the product, as reported on the order note and delivery invoice: in any case, extra shipping and delivery expenses will not be refunded and are at the consumer's expenses. The right of withdrawal is consented on condition that the product and box are substantially integral. According to D.L. 185 of May 22/99 art. 5 comma 3, sealed audiovisual or computer software products opened by the consumer and products clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
