In trentadue pannelli, affrescati verosimilmente tra il XV e il XVI secolo dai fratelli Nicolò e Giacomo Graffeo e dal frate domenicano Nicolò Spalletta da Caccamo, prende vita la storia della santa titolare, patrona di filosofi, notai, oratori, sarte e nutrici. Un racconto fatto di immagini dal sapore spagnolo, rese espressive e dinamiche dal gesticolare dei personaggi e arricchite da iscrizioni in dialetto siciliano del tempo. A rendere unica questa piccola chiesa, è anche la presenza affascinante dei "Sette Arcangeli", forse una delle primissime riproduzioni locali eseguite in seguito alla riscoperta del loro culto a Palermo agli inizi del XVI secolo.
