Formula ONE

It's the complete solution. Editors have an Internet site to practise electronic commerce by using the technological platform made available by Unilibro and maintaining independence.

UNILIBRO will supply the following services:

Implementation of editor's site
Book catalogue inclusion in editor's database;
Search engine enabled on Editor's site for easy access to database for title, author, ISBN code and price range;
Site maintenance and database update;
Site hosted on UNILIBRO server;
Domain registration (www.editore.it);
E-mail addresses (name@editor.it, function@editor.it, etc.);
Inclusion of product database in Unilibro catalogue;
Use of UNILIBRO technological platform for managing credit cards payment;


Formula TWO

UNILIBRO will supply the following services:

Implementation of editor's site
Book catalogue inclusion in database shared with Unilibro, maintaining visual independence on the net, for brand name, company, services;
Search engine enabled on Editor's site for easy access to Editor's book database (exclusively) for title, author, ISBN code and price range;
Site maintenance and database update;
Site hosted on Unilibro server;
Domain registration (www.editore.it);
E-mail addresses (name@editor.it, function@editor.it, etc.);
Inclusion of product database in Unilibro catalogue;
Management of processing purchase orders:
    Unilibro will send a copy of the orders transmitted by site users to the Editor;
    Unilibro will purchase products at a discount on the list price for final buyers ;

Payment management;
Assumes credit risk from final buyers clients;
Customer assistance by telephone or e-mail.

Editor's tasks:

Deliver book catalogue to UNILIBRO in electronic format agreed upon;
Supply text and graphics for inclusion;
Rapid notification of temporary or definite non availability of books from the catalogue;
Lump sum payment for implementation of the site and an annual quota for site maintenance;
Predisposition of necessary documents for delivery and shipment forwarding to the client for Unilibro.

Detail: purchase orders processing

1. UNILIBRO receives book orders from it's own and the editor's site.
2. UNILIBRO Unilibro transmits book orders by fax or e-mail to the editor indicating destination and shipping conditions.
3. . Editor sends the books to addressee by means indicated by UNILIBRO.
4. Editor emits monthly invoice to UNILIBRO for orders received during the previous month.
5. The following costs will be debited:
    price of ordered books less the agreed discount;
    sum agreed upon for handling charges;
    shipping expenses sustained by Editor to forward books to site users.
    For any returned books only shipping charges sustained by Editor will be debited.

6. UNILIBRO pays amount due to the Editor.


Formula THREE

It's the simplest solution that does not cause changes in the editor's organisation.

UNILIBRO will supply the following services:

Implementation of editor's site
Inclusion of book catalogue in database shared with Unilibro, maintaining total visual independence for brand name, company and services;
Enable search engine in Editor's site for easy access to Editor's books (exclusively) for title, author, ISBN code and price range;
Site maintenance and database update;
Site hosted on Unilibro server;
Domain registration (www.editore.it);
E-mail addresses (name@editor.it, function@editor.it, etc.);
Inclusion of product database in Unilibro catalogue;
