Atti del convegno: 'Carlo Lupi e la sua Diocesi', organizzato dall'Istituto Superiore di Scienze Religiose Ligure in collaborazione con la Diocesi della Spezia Sarzana Brugnato in ricordo del professor Carlo Lupi e del suo impegno. «In questo breve testo sarà possibile ricordare i suoi 'lasciti' più preziosi, che dobbiamo far fruttificare: la riflessione e la cultura come impegno per tutti e non privilegio per pochi; l'impegno laicale e la passione per le ragioni della politica; la fede; lo studio della Dottrina sociale della Chiesa.»

Volume polisensoriale con video e documenti. Già da tempo i teologi si interrogano sul rapporto tra esercizio dell'autorità nella Chiesa e sacramento dell'Ordine. Il processo sinodale ha reso la questione di grande attualità, perché anche dalla risposta a questa domanda dipende la struttura stessa della comunità cristiana, l'immagine di Chiesa alla quale essa è chiamata se vuole restare fedele al mandato di Cristo e alla voce dello Spirito. Prendendo spunto dal Documento per la Tappa Continentale del Sinodo e guardando all''Instrumentum laboris', i docenti della sezione di Genova della FTIS e dell'ISSR Ligure propongono spunti e riflessioni per orientare il dibattito e portare in luce la complessità del problema. Per questo motivo si sono messi in gioco docenti di diverse discipline - ecclesiologia, teologia sacramentaria, teologia morale, storia della Chiesa, Sacra Scrittura - che hanno scelto di proporre tesi o di offrire spunti provocatori o suggestivi, suggerendo anche, grazie alla polisensorialità del libro, video e documenti per l'approfondimento. Il quadro che ne emerge è quello di un terreno delicato, nel quale il Sinodo si muove con coraggio e fedeltà per aiutare la Chiesa a offrire una testimonianza credibile in un mondo che cambia.

Le vicende narrate in questa memoria romanzata si svolgono in un casato agricolo prossimo a Torino e ripercorrono tre generazioni fino ai giorni nostri. Raccontate da una voce femminile in modo vivido, scorrono episodi ilari o tormentati del passato, la ricerca di stabilità e gli affetti. Un tempo i contadini costituivano un tutt'uno con le terre poiché quello era l'unico modo per sopravvivere, mentre i rapporti umani erano improntati a dura consolidata abitudine. Le vicende storiche e i cambiamenti sociali si riflettono sulla vita dei protagonisti, ma la cascina, come un fil rouge, unisce le generazioni. Nella radicata famiglia piemontese si inserisce una donna venuta dal Veneto che apporta cambiamenti notevoli. I protagonisti hanno con l'ambiente intorno e con gli animali un profondo attaccamento: far produrre la natura preservandola è la ragione per la quale si lavora e ci si affanna, per la quale viene apprezzata l'esistenza. Piccoli sprazzi di tenerezza si palesano diventando preziosi tesori.

Giunto alla sua seconda edizione, questo volume è una guida del Ghetto di Ferrara - parte non piccola del centro storico di questa città d'arte - strada per strada, monumento per monumento, Musei compresi. Questa seconda edizione è molto ampliata rispetto alla precedente (quasi trenta pagine in più, di testo e immagini) sia pure nelle dimensioni contenute di un libretto, illustrato a colori, che è stato pensato per essere letto anche mentre si visita il Ghetto (da qui la scelta del formato tascabile).

La letteratura italiana è nata molto prima che l'Italia acquisisse una dimensione politica unitaria, e si è sviluppata in dialogo con diverse culture mediterranee ed europee. Il volume ripercorre per epoche (dal Medioevo al Novecento) questo intreccio mostrando la ricchezza degli incontri e delle contaminazioni. Con una testimonianza di Antonio Debenedetti.

'Attualmente a livello dottrinale è in atto un profondo e meditato ripensamento critico della nozione di provvedimento amministrativo, dei suoi caratteri e della sua centralità nel diritto amministrativo. Il provvedimento amministrativo sarebbe 'una nozione imprecisa, un fuzzy set'. Essa costituisce un prezioso strumento di lavoro e di riflessione per chiunque intenda affrontare a vario titolo le problematiche poste dagli atti e provvedimenti della Pubblica Amministrazione (discrezionalità amministrativa, potere di valutazione tecnica, sindacato giurisdizionale e relativi limiti, obbligo di motivazione, efficacia, esecutorietà, nullità, annullabilità, irregolarità, vizi formali e vizi sostanziali, annullamento d'ufficio, revoca, sospensione, proroga, conversione, conferma, interpretazione, ecc.).

Alba ha cercato con tutta se stessa, di dimenticare il suo passato doloroso. Rifugiandosi nella sua nuova attività, aprendo un raduno sciistico assieme al fratello ai piedi del monte Bianco. Ma è bastato scoprire un volto di donna, sepolto nella neve, grazie al richiamo di un cane perché i ricordi affiorassero in lei, sconvolgendola. Dallas has a reputation as a progressive city--always ready to build something new to replace the old. In the late 19th century, as Dallas became the transportation and commercial center for North Texas, brick and stone edifices supplanted the simple frame structures of the early days. By the 1920s, the city was the financial capital of the region and boasted the tallest building west of the Mississippi.
