Un piccolo spacciatore di nome Cruz si ritrova dalla soleggiata Miami in una gelida Chicago, e si nasconde in una camera in affitto nel fatiscente edificio Kenilworth Arms, dove incontra Jonathan, uno yuppie che sta cercando di superare una storia d'amore fallita, e Jamaica, una prostituta al soldo del boss della droga Bauhaus. Quando i due sono costretti a gettare due chili di cocaina nel pozzo di ventilazione, per sfuggire a un raid della polizia, iniziano ad accadere cose strane. Si scopre presto che l'edificio appare animato da una mostruosa creatura che si nasconde in fondo al condotto di ventilazione. Edizione a tiratura limitata a 350 copie numerate.
