«...Nella poesia di Peppins, colgo alcuni aspetti d'ombra, accade per esempio in 'Era Mio Padre'. Ove decide di imporsi una regola nello stesso verseggiare. Di colpo si rimane sorpresi, perché è come se scomparisse l'incanto del poetare primitivo, quella semplicità, quella spontaneità che aveva colpito, e che in queste poesie appaiono come represse. Pur tuttavia e malgrado alcune cadute espressive, io credo che questo poeta vada apprezzato per lo sforzo che ha fatto e fa ancora, di mettersi in gioco, e tentare di rompere la corazza, come ognuno di noi senza saperlo si costruisce per reggere l'urto dei condizionamenti e delle convenzioni sociali, ricordiamoci di Don Chisciotte. La poesia di Peppins, si svolge esattamente all'ombra della stessa utopia di giustizia che è anche allo stesso tempo di libertà.»

«Per la Costituzione Italiana ho il massimo rispetto, e sono più che convito che ancora oggi è una delle migliori Costituzioni che dovrebbero regolare uno Stato. Però, ho voluto scrivere questa rielaborazione dalla Costituzione Italiana, perché nella realtà di tutti i giorni ormai è diventata consuetudine non rispettarla più. Anzi chi più la calpesta, ottiene vantaggi sempre maggiori. Tutti i giorni, migliaia di cittadini italiani e non, subiscono soprusi ed il più delle volte sono indifesi. Anzi sono danneggiati due volte, la prima da chi li ha lesi direttamente la seconda dallo Stato che con le sue istituzioni non li difende né tanto meno li tutela.»
