| We inform that each and every person may exercise the right included in art. 13 of the Law 196/2003, which is summarised in the following: |

| For each request of comma 1, third point nr.1) the interested party may be requested, where the existence of data concerning him cannot be confirmed, a contribution towards expenses not to exceed costs actually sustained, according to the modality and within the limits defined by the rules, article 33, comma 3. |
| Rights concerning deceased persons referred to in comma 1 may be exercised by any interested party. |
| In exercising the right of comma 1 the interested party may confer, in writing, delegation or by proxy to physical persons or to associations. The regulations on professional secrecy remain for journalists, limited to the source of information. |
