Personal data that UNILIBRO gathers will be utilised by MAILTRADE S.r.l. in full respect of fundamental principles, stated:
  in the 95/46/CE directive and Law 196/2003 for protection of personal data;
  97/66/CE directive and of the D. Lgs 171/98 for the protection of privacy in telecommunications;
  97/7CE directive and D. Lgs 185/99 for consumer protection in distance contracts;
  CE directive of May 4 2000 for electronic commerce.

Handling of personal data and relative uses:
Below are listed all operations and uses that imply personal data (collection, conservation and elaboration).
  Collection, use and conservation of your personal data to provide service.
  Elaboration of personal data furnished by you or deduced through your net surfing is aimed to define your commercial profile.
  Utilisation of your commercial profile for marketing and promotions.
  Collection, conservation and elaboration of your personal data for administrative purposes - accounts.

All information is handled with the aid of electronic or automatic devices.


Agreement to freely divulge data or consequences of denial:
Conferral of data is optional. Nevertheless, in case of denial, our service is obstructed.

Rights of the interested party:
We inform that each and every person may exercise the right included in art. 13 of the Law 196/2003, which is summarised in the following:
  to be informed as to:
1) name, qualification, business address, home address, residence and home office of the data holder;
2) purpose of data
3) name, qualification, business address, home address, home office of responsible for data processing;
  to obtain from the holder:
1) confirmation and communication of personal data. Information concerning logic and purpose of data management;
2) cancellation and modification in anonymous form of obsolete processed data in violation of the law;
3) data updating, corrections or integration;
4) certify that the operations in numbers 2 and 3 have been made known regarding the matter for which the data has been communicated or diffused except in the case the fulfilment results impossible or the use of means are out of proportion with respect to the protected right;
  to oppose, in all or in part, or legitimate reasons, to processing of personal data although pertaining to the purpose of the collection;
  to oppose, in all or in part, to processing personal data, foreseen for commercial information or for forwarding advertising material or direct sales of market research or interactive communication and to be informed by holder, at the moment data is communicated, of the possibility to exercise this right at no cost.


For each request of comma 1, third point nr.1) the interested party may be requested, where the existence of data concerning him cannot be confirmed, a contribution towards expenses not to exceed costs actually sustained, according to the modality and within the limits defined by the rules, article 33, comma 3.

Rights concerning deceased persons referred to in comma 1 may be exercised by any interested party.

In exercising the right of comma 1 the interested party may confer, in writing, delegation or by proxy to physical persons or to associations. The regulations on professional secrecy remain for journalists, limited to the source of information.
